ICC has prepared a new financial model, BCCI can earn $ 230 every year

The International Cricket Council has recently implemented a new revenue model, due to which the Board of Control for Cricket in India will become richer in the years to come. With the distribution of ICC’s revenue model, BCCI will get such strength, which will strengthen BCCI’s influence in world cricket.

With this revenue model, BCCI will become a powerhouse in the years to come. With the help of the new revenue system, BCCI will also get 40 percent profit of ICC’s earnings. However, till now this revenue system has not been approved. So far only its proposal has come to the fore. As soon as it is approved, the Board of Control for Cricket in India will also benefit from it. According to the estimated figures of the reports, BCCI can earn US$ 230 million (Rs 1900 crore) every year. At the same time, ICC will earn Rs 5000 crore every year, of which BCCI can get about 40 percent.

Explain that after BCCI, if any board will benefit from this model, then it will be the England and Wales Cricket Board. ECB will get 6.89% profit of ICC’s earnings. After this, the Australia Cricket Board will get 6.25 percent profit. Pakistan Cricket Board will get only 5.75% profit, which is around 283 crores. In such a situation, it is clear that BCCI will get a chance to earn nine times more than Pakistan Cricket Board.

Please tell that this revenue model is currently proposed. This revenue model was designed by a team of ICC veterans. This model was prepared by the Committee on Finance and Commercial Affairs. After the model was finalized by this committee, this model was discussed in the ICC Board meeting.
